- 12 oz wide egg noodles
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup (10.5oz)
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 3 cups shredded chicken
- 1/2 small yellow onion, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, finely chopped
- 1, 12 oz bag frozen peas and carrots thawed
- 1 1/2 cups crushed ritz crackers (1 sleeve)
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
- Chopped parsley to serve

- Combine all ingredients in a 9x13 inch pan
- Bake at 350 degrees until hot and ready to serve!
