Chicken Casserole

Yields: 9x13 inch pan

Temperature: 350 degrees

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz wide egg noodles
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup (10.5oz)
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 3 cups shredded chicken
  • 1/2 small yellow onion, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, finely chopped
  • 1, 12 oz bag frozen peas and carrots thawed
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed ritz crackers (1 sleeve)
  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • Chopped parsley to serve

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Combine all ingredients in a 9x13 inch pan
  3. Bake at 350 degrees until hot and ready to serve!
