Crockpot Green Chicken Chili

- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1, 16 oz jar salsa verde
- 1, 15 oz can navy beans(great northern beans), drained and rinsed
- Sour cream

- Add all ingredients to a crockpot
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours
- Before serving, shred chicken and add 5-6 oz sour cream or plain greek yogurt (depending on how creamy you would like it)
- Top with whatever you'd like (jalapenos, cheese, cilantro, tortilla chips, etc.)
- (if wanting to freeze- add all ingredients to a gallon size freezer bag. Cook on high if placing in crockpot frozen - if placing in crockpot thawed, cook on low)
