Crockpot Pot Roast

Temperature: N/A - Crockpot

Ingredients:

  • 2 lb boneless beef chuck roast (beef shoulder roast)
  • 1 lb of baby carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 15 oz can of whole new potatoes, drained
  • 1 packet of dry onion soup mix
  • 1 cup water

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a crockpot on the "low" setting for 8 hours or until beef is tender and shreds easily
  2. (if wanting to freeze- add all ingredients to a gallon size freezer bag, cook within 3 months of freezing. Allow bag to thaw overnight before placing in crockpot)
