- 2 lb boneless beef chuck roast (beef shoulder roast)
- 1 lb of baby carrots
- 1 onion
- 15 oz can of whole new potatoes, drained
- 1 packet of dry onion soup mix
- 1 cup water

Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a crockpot on the "low" setting for 8 hours or until beef is tender and shreds easily
- (if wanting to freeze- add all ingredients to a gallon size freezer bag, cook within 3 months of freezing. Allow bag to thaw overnight before placing in crockpot)
