- 1 box lasagna noodles
- 2 lbs mozzarella cheese finely shredded
- 1 lb marble/colby jack cheese finely shredded
- 3 lbs cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- Salt
- Pepper
- Parsley
For Sauce:
- 2 lbs ground beef
- Garlic powder
- Parsley
- 4, 15 oz cans tomato sauce
- 1 small can tomato paste

- In a large pan, cook the ground beef seasoned with garlic powder until done, drain grease. Add in the tomato sauce, paste, and parsley, and simmer for about an hour.
- In a seperate pot, cook the lasagna noodles until al dente.
- In a bowl mix together 1 egg with the cottage cheese, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- In another bowl, mix together half mozzarella and half marble cheese - or combine as you are assembling the pans.
- Once everything is ready, grease your baking dishes.
- Begin the layering process (will do 2 whole layers)
- On the bottom- sauce/meat mixture
- Next - noodles
- Then - cottage cheese mixture
- Finally - mozzarella/marble cheese
- Garnish the top with parsley
